Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The College destroys and de-identifies personal information once we no longer require it for business purposes, or as required by legislation.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You are entitled to access personal information we hold about you provided that you email or write to us at the address set out below and your identity is positively established. We may also charge you a fee to process your request for access to your personal information.
